Wellness Walk

Join us for a mindful morning as we come together to honor World Mental Health Day and celebrate the power of connection, movement, and fresh air. We’ll start by grabbing coffee together at Tiny Cafe (or you can bring your own!) then take a relaxing walk through the lake to Lincoln Park. Along the way, we’ll stop and end by exploring Green City Market and support local vendors!
